Disappointing

Liked: The bathroom was beautiful
Disliked: No microwave, No smart tv, the rules I was sent prior to attending about no balloons or rose petals to see rose petals leading out of someone else room.

Everything was great.

Liked: I loved everything about the wilt, the staff was friendly hotel was clean the food was amazing. Location was great I will be staying in the near future whenever I come back to Chicago.
Disliked: Everything is amazing.

Loved Chicago and the wit...

Liked: Lovely hotel in a central position. A short walk to the river and lots of shops and restaurants. The L train also stops next to the hotel. Breakfasts were delicious - loved Steve, so cheerful every morning. The Roof bar was also an added bonus and Caitlin deserves a mention for her happy and friendly attitude.

Good location, but be careful...

Liked: Convenient location. Upgraded technology.
Disliked: Staff wasn’t very helpful. They didn’t make you feel special. I had no idea that we were gonna have to pay $150 each night for incidentals.
