Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Parking was listed as available and free but is extremely limited and we could not park on site during part of our stay. Hosts were slow to answer questions. Room is very stark, white concrete walls with minimal decor.

Great stay in Rotorua!

Liked: Lovely spacious room and very clean. Powerful shower and toiletries supplied. Free parking and good location to town centre.
Disliked: Nothing really. We were on the upper floor, which was fine for us. but could be a problem for someone taking luggage upstairs as there is no lift.

Passable

Liked: It was reasonably comfortable and decent value for money.
Disliked: The smell unfortunately overpowered all our other impressions. And it was hot, but someone had left the radiator on, so the room was very stuffy - but opening the window let the smell in.
