Superb

Liked: Very clean, comfortable and easily accessible to all areas of interest.
Disliked: Just a pity there was no hot tub.

The location of the hotel...

Liked: The location of the hotel was just nice, close to the trams which could bring us right to the city center in 15-20 minutes.
Disliked: Everything was just good, we liked everything.

Highly recommend this hotel

Liked: Excellent services, breakfast plenty variety and very tasty. Rooms clean, tv, fridge, and hairdryer was of great use. Hotel central for shops, trams etc to other places.Highly recommend for either a few days or longer. Staff are very friendly and 24 hour reception.

Liked: There was a particular lady behind reception who was amazing … helped us so much We managed to navigate our way through Prague with this ladies help using the trams and buses

Liked: No ventilation at the bathrooms

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. They cooperated when we wanted to change our room. They were very obliging and also explained how to get around from the hotel to the City Centre and also to get to the airport by public transport.
Disliked: It was a little away from the City Centre, but it was value for money.

Liked: We had a gorgeous room . The property was very user friendly with a working lift
Disliked: The bar was an added bonus but earlier opening would of been good
