Liked: A superb hotel. I visit Antwerp at least 7 or 8 times a year. This is my 1st choice if the rate is good

Liked: The room was large and the location was close to the centre c15 minutes walk.
Disliked: - The mini bar only had a bottle of water- The hairdryer was not powerful and looked like it’s from the 1950s- This hotel does not have a restaurant onsite that serves dinner which is confusing as I would’ve thought this is a minimum requirement for four stars- The service of the staff felt very much like a 3 star hotel- The lift was ridiculously small and jittery

Disliked: The shower in our room (519) wasn't functioning - the showerhed dripped rather tahn shower.We pointed that out the following morning and the promised to look at it.Well the second mornig it still didn't work. We where offered to move room. After two (out of three days) without a functioning shower. No compensation was offered,

We really like the hotel,...

Liked: Hotel is in a good location close to restaurants and city centre. Very good breakfast and a nice lounge and bar for pre dinner drinks. Helpful staff. We would stay there again.
Disliked: Our room was on the top, there were some weird noises coming from the plumbing, which was a bit distracting. We were only staying a couple of nights so didn't bother to report it.
