Good location, front desk staff...

Disliked: Disposable plastic cups are being used in the bathroom. Similarly plastic bags are used for bins (and not big enough to cover the bin which was quite annoying). Some toiletries in the bathroom are also individually packed. Complimentary water was also in plastic bottles. For coffee/tea, wooden spoons were also provided. I think for a big hotel like this one, I’d expect to see their effort in reducing waste and plastic use. On the first day just after checked in, the housekeeper came in my room without even knocking, as she wasn’t able to to turn her working trolley to the store room (right opposite to my room). Not only was it an intrusion of guests’s privacy, or was this personnel provided with safe working equipment to do her job. I felt quite unsafe since then and had to put up DND sign for my 4 days stay. There wasn’t extra lock/door chain from inside the room.

Disappointing

Liked: The location - you are close to everything.
Disliked: For a 4* hotel it is super outdated and run-down (especially the bathroom). The room wasn’t too clean and the staff were not very friendly either (except the evening receptionist). The bed was uncomfortable and it’s noisy during the night (especially on a weekend evening / night). It’s not a good value for money.

Liked: I loved staff and also the interior of the hotel.Breakfast was really nice and calm area to stay. Also, there is Sunday market 1 minute walking from the hotel.
Disliked: Water pressure was really bad in a shower, and I think something was wrong with the bed as it seemed a little bit not flat.
