Liked: Great location in the city centre, and all places of interest. The staff was very friendly staff and the room very comfortable. Bathroom was clean.
Disliked: The breakfast could have more options. THe reception was not open all night and I had to check in myself.

Liked: A lovely character building in a fantastic central location in Leuven. Very comfortable beds, extremely clean and the rooms were spacious. Both the Reception Staff and Breakfast Staff were excellent - so helpful, friendly and it was a massive bonus for us that fluent English was spoken. The breakfast was amazing and I would challenge even the pickiest of eaters not to find something they didn’t like - the choice was fabulous. Our whole family group of six loved this hotel and we really hope to return.

Liked: breakfast exceeded expectations as the room was far less than expected
Disliked: The hotel is very shabby, old, the website promises much more. It was ok, but more 2 stars than 3 . And, we were made to pay on arrival ( they said this is the policy) - but the next morning people checking out paid then- is it because we were ' foreigners' ??

Very enjoyable. Will come back.
