Great stay in the heart...

Liked: Location was perfect, very centric, friendly staff, comfortable beds, but tiny room with glass-walled bathroom (not my most desired room designed for absolute comfort). The hotel was very clean, check-in/out uncomplicated.. no complaints nor complications.
Disliked: Nothing. Just be aware, that the bathroom grants no privacy :D

Excellent service

Liked: As soon as we entered the hotel, we were met with friendly and welcoming staff on reception. Even though we were early, they checked us in and we could get settled. The cafe/bar staff were excellent both in the evening and breakfast.

Liked: The place is very central and close to all the attractions. It was nice, clean, and comfortable . I will definitely be back if I'm in London
