Disliked: Tiny room, claustrophobic if staying more than a few nights. Sheets kept coming off mattress.

Small room, but adequately supplied...

Liked: Modern room, comfortable bed, nice sheets, great shower pressure, convenient power panel for lights/shade. Great staff in lobby and cafe. Bottled water for room always available. Wine & cheese night in cafe was wonderful and tasty. Apples and fresh fruit water nice in lobby. Best location. Very quiet room. Easy check-in & check-out. I would stay again and bring my own face towels.
Disliked: No art in room, no face towels (big problem for me), only hand and body towels. Only one bar of soap to start. Not enough hangers. Need more hooks. Minimal shelving in room. Overall room storage was poor. Definitely need more shelving in shower. No bed reading light, only harsh overhead lighting. No ventilation in bathroom, causing lingering mildew smell. Need better furniture in lobby. Need benches on each floor at elevator. Loud worker conversations in hall outside of room daily, but never heard other guests. No way to ring from desk from room. Bloody Halloween decorations disturbing to children. No room safe and no security at entrance, nor elevator.
