Liked: The location is perfect. I love being in the west end, and while it is right where the action is, I had a tranquil stay, no noise or disturbance on a Friday night!The room was small but furnished in a smart way.
Disliked: Bring a long USB cable if you want your phone charging and on the nightstand at the same time; I have seen this in other Z Hotels, too - no outlets next to the bed or by the nightstand.The shower cubicle flooded the small bath given that the divider wall is not long enough, that being said they supply great towels and bathmats to stem the flood.

Above expectation - small but...

Liked: I liked how the "corridors" were sometimes outside and the location was excellent. Also extremely quiet.
Disliked: The breakfast area/near the lift was undergoing refurbishment and they had some plumbing issues there which meant the lift was sometimes out of use. But this is nit-picking and not the fault of the hotel.The rooms were extremely small but again, for the price and location, they were clean, modern and functional. Would stay again.
