Liked: I liked the location where the hotel was based was walking distance so really enjoyed that
Disliked: 2 months before booking hotel requested and phone called a Swan towel design on my bed because I was coming for my anniversary so very disappointed with that but the manager gave us a complimentary drink and cheese plate. I just want to say last thing plus I reminded them on Friday 2 days before I was coming that I request for Swan towel and they you said they will do it for me on the day arrive but unfortunately it wasn’t there
