Disappointing

Liked: Set up is not convenient for number of guests in the small room
Disliked: Window was broken in bathroom and it was very cold outside teens, tub extremely slippery, toilet was not secure to floor, tub knobs very shaky … you could see they are upgrading and making changes. The bed sunk in the middle very very uncomfortable Was extremely expensive for the quality

Liked: Fair value for room
Disliked: We were in a handicap room for no reason. Shower was difficult to use especially for my wife.

Overall I do plan on...

Liked: Complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations with so many options. The staff made sure everything was stocked and clean in the eating area.
Disliked: Carpets need to be redone completely but that looked like it was going to happen as there were areas under renovation.

Overnight stay for a little...

Liked: The room was really gorgeous. The fireplace, king size bed and jet tube all worked perfectly for what we had in mind! Breakfast was good. Room was clean Good location, near Chocolate Springs Cafe
Disliked: I didn't realize our room wasn't connected to the main hotel. Which during the winter sucks for having to go grab breakfast in the cold from across the driveway. You can tell the heat was turned on, maybe an hr, before we showed up. It was freezing and took hours to heat up. Even with the fireplace Our room was locked at 11 even though we paid the extra $ to stay until 1pm. We had to run to the main lobby and get a new key.
