Nice location, undergoing refurbishment

Liked: It is in a good location. The room was large and pretty comfortable. Breakfast was so so,
Disliked: It is an older resort that is being redone and it was being refurbished while we were there. The outside was being painted, which did not interfere at all. However, the rooms need serious updating. The room was dark, not enough lamps, the curtains were different lengths and the room still had an outside door to the parking lot - which was handy for bringing in luggage, but you couldn’t really use it otherwise- no key, so it only opened from the inside. The molding around the door was split and separated from the wall and the door was difficult to close. I was told the rooms were undergoing refreshing soon.

Liked: Receptionist was friendly. Room & bathroom was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and sufficient
Disliked: More tea choices and hot chocolate mix at the reception area would be nice. Vegis in omelette was not cooked enough at breakfast. The hot tub by the swimming pool water does not look clean.

Liked: We always love the Yankee Inn when we stay in the Berkshires. We know that it is a great value and super clean and comfortable!

Liked: The front desk staff was so friendly, the breakfast was good and included, we used the jacuzzi and fitness room. Coffee in the rooms was good, the rooms were clean, lots of storage space in the rooms. The water in the showers was hot and there was a bath.

Liked: The hot tub and the room was very spacious and felt like home.
