A lovely, relaxing weekend, being...

Liked: The staff were outstanding, nothing too much trouble, helpful, looked after us brilliantly. Lovely room, bathroom huge and a treat to have a bath and separate shower. Lovely atmosphere in a country pub, nice to have the snug you can sit in all day if you wanted to, or a great base to explore the area from.

A lovely little pre Xmas...

Liked: Friendly and pretty . Staff so helpful can’t do enough for you . We had the private dining area for our friend birthday which was lovely . Perfect spot to visit Burford and surrounding areas. 2nd visit can’t wait to go back in new year .

Very lovely stay

Liked: Wonderful location. Fantastic complimentary breakfast. Staff was nice and lovely.

Short Cotswold weekender with toddler

Liked: Staff brilliant, dinner was great and perfect when staying over Venison Pie was 5*). Well looked after and handy for all Cotswolds activities...
Disliked: Noise from bar below could be annoying but didn't bother us during our stay. No handheld shower - only fixed in roof (annoying for women not wanting to wet their hair apparently!)
