It was ok for one...

Disliked: The room was unexpectedly cold / non-inviting. Very "stripped" of any comfort-type items. It felt like we were staying outside in a garage-type invironment.

A touch of relevance to...

Liked: Seamless experience from all angles! The room had all the amenities needed and the front desk was beyond exceptional. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was equipped with products from the UK that were safe and nontoxic — 100% love this and shows the level of hospitality and thoughtfulness.
