Liked: The location for the purpose of our trip was great. We were taking our kids to a concert at the pavilion - close proximity and easy to get to and from
Disliked: The signage to understand where to go for staying at the hotel, desk registration and parking outside and in the hotel could be improved. Paid for room ahead of time and provided a card for incidentals- they charged me for the room twice. They did correct it the following day when I called the front desk but takes 5-7 days for the charge to correct itself. The restaurants are ridiculously expensive and felt like going to a true water park - as you are not allowed to bring your own food and beverages for the kids to the water area. Parking was frustrating - my husband is a disabled veteran and our daughter was on crutches with a broken foot. They had no accessible parking close to the entrance - told us we could use the 15 min parking spots with our handicap card but all those were taken overnight as no one manages that people park there for long term

Nice resort w water park...

Liked: Nice vacation resort with water park incl slides. Restaurants within the park, otherwise > 10 min drive to reach others.

Liked: My visit was a staycation to celebrate my birthday. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They made sure I had everything I needed and I got a couple of bday freebies!! Truly a special bday!
