I booked my Birthday there...

Liked: The Resort was very nice and pleasant the rooms were sound proof my grandson loved the heated pool we will be returning in the future
Disliked: Nothing

The stay was relaxing

Liked: I was celebrating my 59th birthday at the resort. I had a wonderful birthday. Waking up to a beautiful landscape and peace and quiet was the best gift.
Disliked: The room I had didn’t have a microwave. But I was informed the suites have the microwave. Overall the stay was peaceful and relaxing

Should have been more special.

Disliked: First room given had a very musky smell. Second room was OK, nothing special. The view from our room was poor, we purchased a patio but didn’t use it because it was wasn’t nice view.

Liked: Over priced not tidy and rude staff
Disliked: Pool, food, value

Exceptional

Liked: The beautiful grounds, the great pool, the excellent restaurant

Liked: Beautiful area and location is great.
Disliked: Rooms could use charging station or USB outlets.

Overall not a bad hotel...

Liked: The location for the purpose of our trip was great. We were taking our kids to a concert at the pavilion - close proximity and easy to get to and from
Disliked: The signage to understand where to go for staying at the hotel, desk registration and parking outside and in the hotel could be improved. Paid for room ahead of time and provided a card for incidentals- they charged me for the room twice. They did correct it the following day when I called the front desk but takes 5-7 days for the charge to correct itself. The restaurants are ridiculously expensive and felt like going to a true water park - as you are not allowed to bring your own food and beverages for the kids to the water area. Parking was frustrating - my husband is a disabled veteran and our daughter was on crutches with a broken foot. They had no accessible parking close to the entrance - told us we could use the 15 min parking spots with our handicap card but all those were taken overnight as no one manages that people park there for long term
