Liked: Games bar with lots of different game types, decent bar with plenty of options and check in screens for quicker check in which should speed up process.
Disliked: Screen didn’t provide a room key, a very small room for the price, out of the way so struggled to get a taxi from Bedford and back. Queued to check in and the other lady didn’t step in to help the lady checking in others in front of us despite a queue growing. Stepped in after the queue had mostly dissipated thanks to most of us checking in on the screen and just needing to collect a key. Was told there was nowhere to get a drink and had to wait until the bar was open - the bar was already open.
