Liked: its so convenient to were we meet up with friends we come at least 3 times a year

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The room was disgusting. The bed had already been slept in and had not been changed. The carpet didn't look as if it had been hoovered for days and the cups were still half filled with old coffee. We only stayed for one hour and then left. We will not be booking there again.

Good

Liked: Staff were lovely. Location to where we needed to be next morning.
Disliked: Beds! So so uncomfortable!

Disliked: not up to your good standard wouldn't stay there again bin not emptied no cups sugar or tea bags and heating didn't work bathroom not very clean around the top of the bath. stank of weed

Pleasant

Liked: The room was a good size. There was no noise, and it was easy to come and go as needed. There is a large car park.
Disliked: The pillows were very uncomfortable, and the room was hot. The room was cleaned to a very basic standard. If you looked behind the beds or down the sides of units, it was very dirty. The bath had black mould all around the trim

Basic facilities but comfortable.

Liked: Spacious room, free parking and hot shower.
Disliked: Road noise all night due to nearby flyover. I booked it advertised evening food available and I assumed breakfast. When I got there I was politely told there was no chef during the week. I had to make other arrangements. Bathroom was too warm which affected the bedroom too. Could not adjust bathroom radiator.

Disliked: It needs a good clean and some money spent on it
