Generally good

Liked: The room itself was clean and comfortable. A bit of noise from the pub but nothing that really disturbed me. Great TV with Netflix etc
Disliked: The common areas are a bit rough. Not recommended for solo female travellers.

Liked: Privacy of the location and size of the room facilities etc
Disliked: The room was freezing cold . No air conditioning working and as well the radiators weren’t working . I barely slept . If they could upgrade their heating system everything will be exceptional

Liked: its so convenient to were we meet up with friends we come at least 3 times a year

Disliked: The room was disgusting. The bed had already been slept in and had not been changed. The carpet didn't look as if it had been hoovered for days and the cups were still half filled with old coffee. We only stayed for one hour and then left. We will not be booking there again.

Liked: Staff were lovely. Location to where we needed to be next morning.
Disliked: Beds! So so uncomfortable!

Disliked: not up to your good standard wouldn't stay there again bin not emptied no cups sugar or tea bags and heating didn't work bathroom not very clean around the top of the bath. stank of weed

Liked: The room was a good size. There was no noise, and it was easy to come and go as needed. There is a large car park.
Disliked: The pillows were very uncomfortable, and the room was hot. The room was cleaned to a very basic standard. If you looked behind the beds or down the sides of units, it was very dirty. The bath had black mould all around the trim
