Superb

Liked: the staff member who checked us in and served us was so friendlythe beds were comfortablethe room was really big with a lovely big window
Disliked: having a carpeted bathroom is an interesting choicethe pillows were very flat

Liked: The staff were friendly.
Disliked: The room smelled of Urine and was very dirty. The drawers were full of fluff and bits of things left in the drawers. Shower screen ,taps and shower head not cleaned. Paint work was filthy. Skirting boards and carpet not clean.

Only for one night so...

Liked: Very spacious and comfortable. Microwave available.
Disliked: Their website says Free Wi-Fi but I wasn’t given any info on how to connect and my iPhone could not find a free access. Initially the heating was very good but on turning up in the morning at around 7:00 it was not operating. It came on briefly at around 8 but only for a short period. Your details indicate there is a hairdryer and wine - but again not available. Maybe your details need updating?

Very good

Liked: room clean , comfortable, spacious, lovely shower and clean (new) carpet.
Disliked: room better described with en-suite, as private bathroom brings up image of a bathroom along a ublic corridor.
