Liked: Didn't book a breakfast, but otherwise the staff were welcoming and helpful and my room was clean and comfortable. The hotel and the ambience of a 'going concern' with the long-term proprietors operating in a well-organised and customer- friendly fashion
Disliked: It was very cold in the Largs area and I could have done with a boost to the central heating on occasions, but it was up to me to raise that with staff, who I have no doubt would have proved responsive

Fantastic

Liked: Older building so could hear the worker leaving in the early hours however my dogs had a little grumble so I can't complain if noone complains about the dogs grumbling, fantastic hotel would highly recommend
Disliked: The only negative I could give is the pillows were well slept on however as its nearing the end of the season it is expected other than that I can't find any fault
