Funky & fun place to...

Liked: Loved the location- really cool & lots to enjoy/see, great street food hall, indy market & pubs/bars. Also, Cains Brewery building itself pretty iconic. £6 Uber to Bold St or walk in 15 mins. Chalet itself really spacious & sofa huge & comfy. LOADS of hot water for showers. Clean & well/kept overall..
Disliked: Slightly chilly (October), could do with stronger heater in main room, & warmer bedrooms.

Very poor

Disliked: It was too noisy, it shouldn’t have been let out to a family it wasn’t soundproof. The bathroom was flooded when we got there and there was washing left in the dryer

Wooden Lodge Liverpool

Liked: Excellent location but the lodged lacked a bit in tidiness washing machine full with towels I brought that to there attention and he said it was probably an oversight with the cleaner whatever it was it wasn't sorted they were still there when we left most of the drawer space was full of there stuff only a couple of empty drawers for our use, he was Excellent when we told him the Blinds TV and light bulbs were not working or missing and he sorted this straight away, overall it is a lovely lodge just could do with some TLC ,

Overall good stay bar noise...

Liked: Interesting location inside old brewery site, good value for money
Disliked: Noise on the Saturday night, as previous reviews, very noisy until bars shut as one right outside the property, even with ear plugs too noisy

Good - but needs some...

Liked: The location and atmosphere. The links to public transport.The mattresses and seating were very comfortable.
Disliked: The towels and bedding didn't seem clean (if they were they smelled. They smelled as if they had been previously used and simply tumble dried - luckily we'd bought our own).The washing machine and tumble dryer were full of wet) dirty laundry.There were no fire/smoke alarms, nor fire extinguishers. (This was a concern in a wooden cabin with one exit.)
