Disliked: Dated, worn out , had a smell in the corridors . Hall ways felt dirty. Beds had the springs popping through.

Disliked: Noticed a big difference from last visit, whole place in need of renovation although we did speak to a member of staff who advised this was going to be carried out soon, staircase was dirty, carpets worn, bed not comfy, didn't sleep well,appeared to be a lot of workers staying in wishing well, also advised short of staff,

Great value, great location, friendly...

Liked: Perfect location just off the motorway but quiet in the room. Restaurant/pub grub available with a clean child's soft play if needed.
Disliked: Room caddy had tea and coffee which is generous but we would have appreciated a hot choc for the children in the family room.

Unlikely to use again without...

Disliked: Very poor room.
