Amazing staff, with a great...

Liked: The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Bar was reasonable for a hotel bar. Free parking outside and 2 mins from beach or centre.
Disliked: The room was like a sauna, turned all the radiators off but wow it felt like 30 degrees. Opened the windows wide so got awoken by 8000 seagulls screeching at 5am! The bed was also very very hard! The tv doesn't work either.

Adequate but wouldn’t return.

Liked: Lovely breakfast, staff were very nice but the Hotel appeared tired & Tim down.
Disliked: The decor was tired & the outside appearance shabby. The area was run down.

Great location

Liked: Location was great. Free parking was a huge bonus. Staff very helpful. Whilst there were problems with the room the staff were good. We weren't made aware there was a restaurant so we went out to look for a meal.
Disliked: Would have preferred fresh coffee at breakfast. Shower controls were broken and I didn't know until the morning. It was too late to ask for assistance as we'd booked breakfast. The bathroom basin was extremely slow to drain. I needed to wash my hair in the basin it was very difficult.There was a bad drain smell. It would be good to let customers know about evening meals
