Good value for London

Liked: Great location 10 minute walk from Victoria Station. Good value for money. Towels and linens wonderfully white and clean.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t wonderful. Cooked breakfast very greasy.

Lovely Hotel in a great...

Liked: The staff were wonderful and the hotel was in a great location with plenty of restaurants around it. It was very close to Victoria Bus Terminal and Victoria Railway station.

Remembrance Weekend

Liked: Excellent staff, from Pavel on the desk who hunted high and low to locate an emergency sewing kit for us, to the lovely couple who run the Grid (possibly the owners). Outstanding value for Remembrance Weekend including a really nice breakfast.
Disliked: We did find the bed (a double) not particularly comfortable and the room a little stuffy. It would be nice if tea bags were replenished
