Liked: Breakfast was wonderful and cooked as you wanted it , waitress service too. Relaxing and felt special. Best eggs I have ever tasted.
Disliked: Water was not ever really hot , warm but not hot.

Overall a pleasant stay.

Liked: The staff was friendly and welcoming.The breakfast was a highlight, offering a great typical English breakfast that was both tasty and satisfying.
Disliked: The walls were extremely thin, making it impossible to sleep due to noise from other rooms, the corridor, and even the floor above.The room was tiny and had a window facing a basement, which was disappointing for a 4-star hotel in London.The ventilation system was extremely loud, further disrupting sleep.

Always a pleasant stay!

Liked: It’s my second time here and I love this hotel.All the staff is very welcoming. It is located in a quiet area, close to the city center and the railway station.The rooms are clean and comfortable. And the breakfast included is the cherry on the top!
