Liked: Lovely hotel, great staff. The spa was amazing and the room was great.
Disliked: Room service! Slow and food was cold when it arrived. The breakfast set up was very unorganised, run out of lots of things and had a long wait for them to be replenished. There were fruit flies absolutely everywhere in the bar area. They were awful .

Comfortable break

Liked: Nice breakfast, nice that toiletries included conditioner as well as shampoo.

It was great , we...

Liked: Parking ,bar, helpfulness of staff, location , great breakfast .Nice ambiance.
Disliked: Tv didn’t work on arrivalShower drain blocked causing flood Room temp set at 24 small room so very high No lift Spa crowded. Had to rent a dressing gown , which was very worn and shockingly discoloured.
