overall the stay was comfotable

Liked: room was ok breakfast was not so good, no buffet as was expected.
Disliked: the room was ok

Challenging

Liked: Just the tea and the staff that checked me in; she was welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: There was no information about breakfast; the room was very cold throughout the night, and the bedsheets were kind of dusty. I had an allergic reaction, and I had to use my anti-allergy medication. The staff/ receptionist on duty when i was checking out was cocky.

Liked: The games room,free coffee great hotel resort
Disliked: Small gym and swimming pool. Hot tub chlorine was way to strong was burning my eyes.

OK for a stopover

Liked: Fine for a business stopover. Good breakfast. Reception staff were fantastic. Checkin process was very slick.
Disliked: The all inclusive evening buffet is too expensive. Better to go over to the restaurant at the waterfront hotel.

Excellent apart from the breakfast...

Liked: Nice surroundings, comfortable room. When I arrived for check-in late in the evening, Pauline was wonderful, I have limited mobility and when I was told my room was in a block a fair distance away, she drove me there, lovely lady and exceptional service.
Disliked: As somebody with very limited mobility and only able to walk with a stick, it was disappointing at breakfast to see three members of staff standing around chatting whilst I hobbled to get an orange juice, back to the table, then a coffee, back to the table, then a croissant, back to the table, no offer to help me.Disappointed that for the hot section I was told that they don’t do fried eggs, I’ve never heard of this before. Poor customer service.

Pleasantly surprised and will return

Liked: Good selection at breakfast and like the hot drinks in reception
Disliked: No lid for hot drinks in reception, not very safe walking around with a hot drink

Great place to stay but...

Liked: Great rooms, very clean and a good size, amenities were brilliant, free use of games machines (PAC Man, Time crisis etc) as well as pool, shuffle board and more. Your kids will love it!
Disliked: Breakfast was overpriced £15 each, was ok but definitely expensive for the quality. Bar drinks and food very expensive, I had a large glass of wine and a sweet cider for £17!!!
