Cute, convenient, comfortable bed

Liked: The bed was extremely comfortable and very convenient close to everything. Parking was convenient but pls bear in mind you need to take car on checkout at 10. Parking is £20 overnight. Pls look at parking if planning to stay and checkout Brighton the following day.
Disliked: For the price we paid it was ok. Staff great. For a night in Brighton it met the requirements.

For the price I paid,...

Liked: The location is excellent, being close to the city centre, the beach, and numerous nearby restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The floor was a bit dusty, there was no exhaust fan in the toilet, and it got quite warm during hot weather since there's no air conditioning

Would not recommend, dissatisfied and...

Liked: Location only
Disliked: Everything. - The parking was awful, unable to park your car without scraping the entire bottom of the car. All of the spaces are so close together that it’s impossible to exit your vehicle without feeling like you are going to hit another car.- the room was tiny. Described as a small double room, no storage available. We basically slept in a single bed which was built on a platform to save space. Very uncomfortable. - not clean, bathroom was filthy, cracked tiles with a rust sink. Mould and stains throughout. There is no ventilation at all. The guy at reception told us we had to have a shower with the bathroom door open and window wide open as there was no extractor fan. Ridiculous- mould all around the window in the room and has been rushed with the decoration as all of the paint was uneven/dirty. Old blind with frays, spot light hanging out of the ceiling- they were painting and renovating the hotel whilst we were there. No wet paint signs, tools left in the middle of the floor unattendedI have photos to evidence everything I have mentioned above. It only allows me to upload 4.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!

Liked: Staff grumpy, room wasn't ready when asked for arrival time. Was asked why my daughter had a different surname, which was none of his business. The room was dirty, tablets found by kettle. The bathroom was so small that you could not even turn around. You would have to back up to the toilet. Was told on arrival if we used the shower to have the window wide open to stop the fire alarm sounding. We found it felt really unsafe and did not feel safe, so after a few hours of being there, we left! If you are a solo female traveller, avoid at all costs.

It's was alright

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to park aslo the price for parking was good.
Disliked: How dirty the floor was. Also, the window wasn't the safest. The shower head kept falling down. It would be nice if there was another mirror and places where to hang your coats or clothes as there were no wardrobes.
