Beauty in the Berkshires @...

Liked: Second winter visit to this beautiful hotel with easy walking to the village filled with shops and restaurants. Very close to The Clark museum which is always a great place to visit! Will recommend this wonderful hotel to friends!
Disliked: The sliding barn door on the bathroom while it is an aesthetic choice, it doesn’t really block the noise very well.

Liked: Beautiful place to stay. Our friends got married here and it was beautiful.
Disliked: Nothing terrible to note. Just the public restrooms needed to be stocked a bit more with certain things (Ex: stalls were empty with toilet paper)

Liked: Room was excellent, bed very comfortable.....the restaurant offering (classy hamburger joint) did not meet expectations given the price (overpriced)...there is a mismatch between the restaurant offering and the room price....the food was good but not great....the whole establishment is overrated....that does not mean bad...but it did not live up to the hype...
Disliked: overpriced room.....see my comments above

Liked: Spacious rooms , great bed, quiet and very comfortable room with many outlets and a place to work.Restaurant dinner was delicious and service is great and Breakfast was good as well a bit too fatty dishes for my taste but the food was good.
Disliked: Some healthy dishes for breakfast

We had a wonderful day...

Liked: It is beautifully built, and decorated. I love the coffee stations that they have on each floor. I also love that the lobby has lots of games for people to play and is a nice area for people to lounge around and talk.
Disliked: It would be nice if there was room service.An indoor swimming pool would be a plus.
