Never booking it again, beware!

Disliked: I recently stayed at the Williams Vale Hotel, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The hotel itself is fine, but the service was abysmal, particularly due to the rude and unhelpful behavior of the manager. I had an issue during my stay and approached the manager for assistance, expecting at least a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. Instead, I was met with hostility and condescension. Not only did they fail to resolve the issue, but their attitude made the situation even worse.For a hotel that markets itself as high-end, the lack of respect and care from management is shocking. I left feeling completely unheard and disrespected. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay. There are plenty of other options with far better customer service.
