It was fine, didn't blow...

Liked: Excellent location, quiet room, comfortable bed and linens. Hotel provided tea pot upon request.
Disliked: Room was small for price. Amenities in room were ok, nothing special. TV streaming was iffy at best- couldn't get strumming from our device to work first day. Engineer came to room and had to bypass the app to make it work. It stopped working the last day. Shouldn't be this hard to watch TV. Elevators had occasional long wait when the upstairs bar was busy. Had to call down to front desk at 4pm to get house keeping to make up room first two days.

Disliked: My room wasn’t cleaned, the room service food one day was incredibly salty it was inedible. The elevators were down and I was late to the wedding I was in town for as a result. They did not properly communicate this at any point. When I came home from the wedding they prioritized people going to the roof bar to use the one functioning elevator instead of hotel guests. I use to love this hotel at this point and after this stay I would have to thing long and hard before coming back
