Pleasant 3 night stay with...

Liked: swimming pool and the size of the room - very spacious
Disliked: The bathroom is integrated and open to the bedroom so there's no privacy or odour containment. The sink was blocked and the safe didn't work. As it was the weekend the maintenance team didn't work either! Luckily housekeeping managed to unblock the sink but the safe remained broken. We departed Monday morning so don't know if safe got fixed.

Liked: Nice room with view over the racecourse
Disliked: The bathroom was open, with frosted see-through doors to the toilet and shower and walls that did not reach the ceiling. Very unsuitable for sharing. Will not stay there again.

Liked: The hotel is new and clean
Disliked: Personal necessities such as toothpaste, toothbrush not supplied. Shower gel in the bathroom is completely empty and not being refilled. Paying for 5 stars hotel but the value is not worth it.

Liked: Lovely property with great facilities and engaging staff. Very well trained team to make your safe very pleasurable. To wake up and see the racehorses doing their tack work is very therapeutic.
Disliked: Nothing it is great.
