There are many good hotels...

Liked: Comfortable and good location
Disliked: Additional charges for nothing!Dog charge £25 x 2 days and got nothing for it. No dog bed, treats. Got two dog bowls after asking for them and a dog bed. Bowls were dirty, hadn’t been washed since last used.I expect to pay for my dog to stay but I also expect something for the charge. She’s a small well trained Cockapoo. No extra cleaning of the room required.Breakfast was included. At breakfast my 11 yr old daughter asked for a hot chocolate. I was told there would be an additional charge for this. I have never ever in the hundreds of hotels I’ve stayed in been asked to pay for hot chocolate at breakfast when breakfast is included. This is a very negative policy for a very insignificant gain, I suggest you change it immediately!
