Liked: Parking was easy. It was quiet. Temperature was good. Microwave in the room.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable.

Wonderful experience, extremely clean. Safe.

Liked: Incredibly clean, upper scale hotel, kind staff, safe location but out of the way of downtown STL. Wildwood Police Department is just across the driveway.
Disliked: It was approximately 12 miles from my medical appointment which was located just off 270.

Excellent experience.

Liked: Excellent breakfast with vegetarian and vegan options. Absolutely wonderful staff. They found a forgotten item and actually called me at home to return it to me. Absolutely stellar service. Location is perfect with safe walking and a farmer's market on the weekend. Theatre and restaurants near by. Covered parking- free.
Disliked: There isn't anything not to like.

Liked: The service was great, the food was great, the beds were super comfortable
Disliked: When we booked the hotel on line they said it was just down the road from St. LOUIS, AND IT WAS 31 MILES AWAY FROM THE HOSPITAL.

Nice place but wouldn’t stay...

Liked: The property was in a very nice area. many amenities close by. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: our room sink had a big crack in it The door had a 2 inch gap in it which made us feel like if someone wanted to break in they could.

If they changed the beds...

Liked: It was in a very safe neighborhood and the hotel was very pretty
Disliked: For a higher end hotel it had the worst beds I’ve ever slept and it was like sleeping in a bouncy house every time I rolled over the bed would bounce and wake me up
