Liked: We enjoyed the location and the cozy feeling of the suite.
Disliked: We did not like the loose rules with entering our hotel rooms when we had the do not disturb signs up. This is a big issue and made us feel unsafe. The lighting in the room could be improved as well.

Liked: Room was very spacious and location of the hotel was great! Big plus they let us extend our check-out for 2 more hours which was highly appriciated.
Disliked: Everything was great but nothing groundbreaking tbh. Not much selection for breakfast.

Disliked: The hotel is very nice, but we unfortunately had a terrible experience. We were excited to use the bicycles the hotel offers, since Mexico City is a great city to explore by bike. The bikes provided to us were poorly maintained, partially damaged - but we made it work.  One of the bikes was stolen from us, while we were sightseeing. The thieves had an easy time cutting through the very thin and cheap lock provided to us. The hotel charged us $360 dollars for the bike. We tried to negotiate a more reasonable amount with them since identical bike retails new for $220 on Amazon. Similar to other reviews, they initially ignored our emails. After we didn't go away, they started some tactics where they pretended to find a chepaer solution, check with the headquarters and eventually got back to us and offered to give us $70 back. It feels like they use this to make profit with these bikes. They lied about needing customizations, said there were lights on the bike even though I have photos to prove there weren't. They will try to deceive and it's very frustrating. The below email was after more than 1 week back and forth. They also tried to overcharge us for a couples massage we had booked. You will also notice that the menus and restaurant don't show prices. Our feeling is that they will find all the small opportunities to make money off you, hoping people don't pay a lot of attention. Not what you expect from a seemingly high tier hotel. It was our only negative experience in Mexico City in 5 days. Very disappointed, and would not stay here again. Especially with so many fantastic hotels in the area.
