Our favorite place to stay...

Liked: This was our third stay at the Whitney. We love its location on Charles St, one of our favorite streets in Boston and very convenient to the Public Garden and Comm Ave. The rooms are comfortable and cozy.
Disliked: There is a fireplace in the lobby that we were looking forward to. But, unfortunately, we were told it is only decorative.

Liked: the perfect hotel. I visited Boston several times; this is my go-to hotel now. I spent a wonderful 4 nights here. the facility is beautiful, the room spacious, the bed is great and the whole hotel is beautiful. but above all - the staff is super professional and friendly, with the best attitude of helping and making your stay perfect. they are all great and I would like to specifically thank Jacqueline, who helped us resolve some serious issues with our stay in Boston (caused by my mistake regarding the dates of my flight...). can't thank her enough
