A classy, well-run hotel that...

Liked: Stylish and clean, in a great location and top tier products and choices throughout. The staff are wonderful - friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable.
Disliked: Nothing, it was all fantastic.

Beautiful hotel with premium amenitites...

Liked: It is a beautiful hotel with great staff and service. It's in a convenient location for getting around Boston. I would stay here again.
Disliked: Our room was on the street and I could hear the traffic at peak times. I would request an internal room next time. The car parking was costly and because we had a large car a premium was added so we decided to park elsewhere. There was nowhere out the front to park when we arrived and it was pouring rain. There were four of us with luggage and we found this quite annoying. The concierge should keep the valet area free for people checking in. The car park was full so they parked cars in the valet area. They did try to assist however if felt unprofessional.

Liked: Everything was on good level except the laundry
Disliked: I left my clothes specifically mentioning that they should be dry cleaned and I was charged for dry cleaning but eventually after check out when Input them on I realized that they were washed, not dry cleaned as all of them shrinked significantly and now I cannot wear them

Nice design led hotel, with...

Liked: Large comfortable room and good location at the topof Charles Street. Nice interior design.
Disliked: The lounge bar and restaurant were all in one space. While nice, the hotel really could do with a relaxed guests lounge/other area. On arrival a children’s party was taking place and as our room wasn’t ready so there wasn’t anywhere to sit and relax in the meantime.

Liked: Large rooms. Extremely clean. Seemed as if was brand new. Exceptional customer service. Location. Would stay again in a heart beat.
Disliked: Nothing. Was exceptional
