Not impressed. Would not spend the money to stay there again.
Liked: The doormen and the bellboy were pleasant and the atmosphere in the hotel for the most part was pleasant and pretty.
Disliked: Could not get into our rooms until 4:30. Check in was at 3pm. It stressed out my daughter because we were needing to get ready and eat and make it to her first concert at 6:00pm, a 15 minute cab ride away. The phone was broken, so I could never talk to the front desk without going downstairs. The faucet on the tub fell off in my hand, so I had to fix it repeatedly and had no time for someone to fix it since we were already running late.

Superb
Liked: The hotel is 100m from the Magnificetn Mile. At the same distance you can visit the White Tower, 360 Chicago. In 15-20 minutes walk you can reach The Bean and The Institute of Art. I woul recommend this place.

Bad
Liked: Location.
Disliked: When I first got there, they couldn’t find name in the computer then I left my room and came back and I got locked out. Had to go back all the way to the front desk to ask him what was wrong and then they fixed it didn’t happen the second time because I got a parking pass card and they never told me that I had to pay upfront so they locked me out of my room and I got that situated and everything was fine after that I didn’t never get locked out again but in my room there is chip paint. There was a bugger on the bedframe, and when I first got in the room, it was freezing cold, and on top of that their thermostat wasn’t working properly, so it was like it was hot or it was cold. it was never in between comfortable. It was the worst experience I ever had and I love being in Chicago if my friends ever asked me to come back there, I would never consider even going there ever again. It was a waste of money.
