Absolutely wonderful

Liked: Very welcoming, friendly and efficient staff. Great ambiance. Excellent room. Hearty breakfast. Perfect location right at the centre of the historic Cathedral quarter and Bailgate.

Disliked: To start off with we had no heating in our room ,then when the heating was turned on it was to noisy. Also you seat to close to people in the breakfast room. Sausages weren’t very nice

Great hotel and would stay...

Liked: Really lovely hotel. Rooms are beautiful with nice bathrooms. Loved the cocktail bars - staff are really friendly. Breakfast at Antlers was great. Highly recommend!

Brilliant!

Liked: Couldn't be better located. Look one way the Cathedral look the other way the Castle. Very steep hill up to hotel called, funnily enough, Steep Hill, but there is a regular bus.
Disliked: Can' t think of anything it lacked. It had a cosy bar to relax in before bed and the staff were more than helpful.
