Liked: Easy check in with great info shared. Great dinner and lovely breakfast. Lovely staff who were friendly and informative and don’t rush us at all.
Disliked: The stairs! Very wonky and in room 200 three steps when you open the door.

Lovely hotel, would stay again

Liked: Lovely location, big bedrooms, nice breakfast, friendly staff.
Disliked: Shower quite small. Quite noisy outside at night. Breakfast was nice, would be nice to have omelette as an option & there was only apple juice or water - orange juice would have been nice. Friend with mobility issues, found it hard to access all the stairs & it was quite a trek to her room, her bedroom door was very heavy & she caught her hand in it (appreciate it’s probably heavy due to fire regs) Would definitely stay again tho.
