Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: King size room was top floor - felt like the attic and was much smaller than expected apart from lovely spacious bathroom.

Liked: Always love their oatcakes for breakfast.We always stay in this hotel when traveling on M6 .love the real fire in the cosy bar area.Staff were helpful in keeping my phone charger I left behind last visit even offered to post it on.Thanks everyone.

Disliked: new parking system not displayed properly,black signs with no lighting,we arrived in the dark and rain,not informed by staff on arrival,only made aware of new parking system on departure and then told by Dan we would get a ticket, not a great way to end our stay,however did meet a very nice and helpful member of staff called Jess,who said she would sort any potential parking ticket for us .sat down for breakfast at 8 and waited 15 minutes for bread to toast despite requesting it twice, actual breakfast nice, coffee not great,staff polite but seemed uninterested
