We had never stayed in this hotel before but will certainly book here again when we are next in Woking. Everywhere was beautifully maintained to a very high standard and the staff most accommodating. Can highly recommend!

Liked: The hotel was very well maintained, clean and tidy with all amenities provided.
Disliked: None at all!

Liked: Parking available. Good check in. Very comfortable room. Food far superior to standard pub grub. Don't remember when I had a better burger. My wife had roast rib of beef and it was tender and tasty. Would happily return.
Disliked: All great

Overall, disappointing and not good...

Liked: Check in was smooth and easy, staff were helpful and polite. cleanliness of the room in general was ok, bedding and towels were nice and clean.
Disliked: The room was very cold on arrival (December), it took time to warm up, I had to set the heating and towel rail myself. Finer details had been overlooked, there was a lot of dust, cobwebs and marks on the walls and furniture, the remote control wasn't very clean. The meal I had was below the standard I'd expect to be served, no one came to ask if everything was ok, the side salad was brown with one slice of limp tomato and a few thin slices of onion, not appealing at all. so that didn't get touched! The meal itself looked like it had been microwaved to death, (although it was actually quite tasty). I was very hungry & too tired to bother complaining by this point, had they asked, I'd have told them. A shame I paid before eating!

Great in some ways but...

Liked: The food was good the location great for us near where are daughter lives , rooms a great size
Disliked: Had a problem with the service , over the first night when they said not serving any more food even though we had booked a table in advance , until we explained we were staying with them , they did serve us with lovely food . Breakfast again had to ask after 15/20 mins if our breakfast was coming. It did eventually and was fine .
