Quiet

Liked: Large room with good natural light, we booked a handicapped room so a large bathroom.
Disliked: The rooms are showing there age, hole in the wall, reeling paint, broken windows panels in the shutter windows. There were some homeless people outside the hotel but the building is secure, we never felt unsafe.

Nice and safe

Liked: I absolutely loved almost everything about it.
Disliked: The only part I did not like but I understand was the construction in the parking lot other than that it was awesome.

Disliked: Painting in the corridors is old and doesn’t give a good first impression

Exceptional

a little pricy and rooms/hotel...

Liked: the location is great. very close walk to pier 39 and across the street from San Francisco tour bus station. Great if doing any tours.
Disliked: they don't do any housekeeping until night 3. we only stayed 2 nights and our room was not clean. also, wifi wasn't working well and we couldn't really watch anything on TV due to that. only had 2 towels for the whole stay. we upgraded to a room with a balcony/partial view and had a view of seven eleven. not fun.

Passable

Liked: Good location. Free tv. Had a fridge. Was clean.
Disliked: Looked shaby, poor finishes.
