Great location but hotel not...

Liked: Great location! The front house staff where great - room service was great.
Disliked: The room wasn't the cleanest the floors definitely hadn't be hoovered or mopped. However I did on two occasions get woken up by someone coming into my room. One at 8:20am and another about an hour after so it was well before check out time which I found really weird.

My stay was enjoyable, but...

Liked: The location is ideal, situated in a safe neighborhood where it's easy to navigate on foot, by bus, or by train. I particularly enjoyed the coffee shop and the water refill station. Additionally, the view was fantastic; however, I had to pay extra to secure a room on a higher floor.
Disliked: One of the towels was torn. At this price per night, it's simply unacceptable to have towels with holes. Additionally, it feels unusual to enter a room and find yourself immediately in the bathroom. It was also very noisy at night, as you could hear what people are talking while walking in the corridor.
