Peaceful Hotel in a Beautiful...

Liked: Lovely quiet location in a leafy, green suburb away from the noise of central London. The gym was small but well-equipped with a great view over the city.Super comfortable bed and amazing rainfall shower!
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't anything special and didn't feel like true 4-star hotel quality. Classic chain hotel offer.

Lovely staff , clean and...

Liked: The hotel was clean andModern. We were greeted by the lobby head who was extremely friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: The lighting system in the rooms was confusing as many switches turned different lights on and off . Very disappointed with the restaurant. The menu said Gluten free options were available, but when we went to order I was tops that nothing on the menu was gluten free and so therefore wasn’t able to have an evening meal. Very disappointing 😢

Excellent hotel that cares for...

Liked: From the moment I arrived I received exceptional service from both Sam and Romero. Sam ensured I got an early check-in, private transportation to my different requests and any issues that I had he went out of his way to resolve them. Both Sam and Romero made me feel well cared for and safe. It was like having my brothers looking out for me. I felt safe and special. If only they can be everywhere I travel.
