Liked: The bedding was extremely comfortable and the view from my room was great. Staff was courteous and checking in and out was a breeze.
Disliked: No microwave in the room. We had leftover food from our lunch but had to reheat the food in the lobby which was very inconvenient. The shower’s water pressure wasn’t very good either.

Disliked: The hotel has aged. I stayed there when it first opened, and it has not been taken care of.1. room phone didn't work2. "room service" is just door dash from the hotel 3. ice machines were broken on 2 separate floors including the 1 that was mentioned on the sign as where to go for one that work...4. having to ask for the room to be serviced is a pain
