Disappointing

Liked: I had stayed in this hotel previously and always enjoyed the location, cleanliness and overall standard of the Westin brand.
Disliked: Major construction which I was only notified by email and via app of ‘construction’ after I completed my online booking. A warning should have been posted on the hotel booking.com page as advance warning with a better discount! Also note Wifi did not work and breakfast was crammed in a ballroom space as if we were in a staff cantine. Quality of breakfast was not up to expectations either. We were thinking of extending a night but quickly changed our minds.

Disliked: Ran around in circles trying to find elevators due to renovations and lack of signs…. Also a large wedding was crowding everything up …..All understandable and my only complaint
