Disliked: No working wifi (works only on phones, not on laptops). For computers you need to ask for a password for employees' network. No soap in room toilette. Big swallen and hard pillows. Terrible microscopic steamroom in a men's locker room inside a gym mimicking a spa. Chaotic breakfast. The staff did not know where to order an omlette, when the third staff person pointed to a cook, she made it fast but was too busy with doing other people's job to give it away. Pressure to eat fast as the staff reminds you that 10:30 they take the food away.

Liked: My stay was very enjoyable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the hotel amenities met my expectations. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes, and the sauna was a perfect spot to relax after a long day.Unfortunately, the check-in process did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. The reservation made through Booking.com included breakfast and late check-out until 4 PM, but the staff didn’t see this information in their system, which caused some unnecessary confusion. In the end, everything was sorted out, but I expected a more seamless experience in this regard.Overall, I still recommend the hotel, especially for its comfort and quality amenities!
