Amazing holiday with family

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: All was good- there was a minor issue but they resolved it.

Great stay over the holidays

Liked: Pool and hottubs were a big hit with the whole family! Very comfortable beds!
Disliked: We wish we would have stayed longer.

Liked: Good village.
Disliked: My booking was not applied in the hotel. So one day before I collected the hotel and rebooked it, as a result the price was increased. The staff told me that they don't work with third parties and I need to call them and book. The TV was not working in my room, I asked to fix it, but stuff told me that they don't have people who can fix it due to the Christmas holidays.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The O and B restaurant service is bad. Also, only two drying machines work. It is particularly inconvenient when it is raining. Many guests are lining up for the drying machines.
