A New Experience
Liked: The whole vibe felt very Canadian and that is what i wanted a true authentic Canadian experience, and I enjoyed watching people snowboard and ski, and I thoroughly enjoyed the activities that were available for me to do.
Disliked: One of the Restaurants (Mother Tongue) in the Village was quite racists with their service, and so we left immediately. But the restaurant in the Hotel was amazing with the Service! The rooms are expensive for they are, but I assume that is because of your access to all the activities.

Great location but average stay...
Liked: Hotel is well located in the village and hotel staff were friendly although we were disappointed with the overall standards. Parking was easy in their underground lot. Resort fee includes parking and access to activities including snow walking and ice skating.
Disliked: The room could use some modernisation and is expensive for what it is (although suspect that is the case for all the hotels there). The pictures were not as advertised but our main issue was the room not being ready. We originally checked in to park our car at 1pm and then went straight to a ski lesson. We came back at about 8pm and had to check in again and when we got to the room it was not ready. The sofa bed was not made up and the room supplies (waters, towels, robes, coffees) had not been left. This was really disappointing coming back in the evening and needing to get sorted out before we could relax, shower, settle in etc when we'd been on the slopes all afternoon. The staff were friendly enough (although the concierge needed some prodding as to how long housekeeping would take to come and get the room ready). The sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable and I was surprised not to have a comforter for the sofa bed (only a thin sheet and thin blanket). Overall experience was okay but very overpriced for the standard of the room and service.
