Amazing stay! Comfortable beds great...

Liked: Clean, restaurant was amazing, servers were amazing! The beds are very comfortable!

Disliked: I'm a short woman 73 years old. I had a bit if trouble getting in the very comfortable bed. It was too high for me.

Liked: They helped us get a room when booking fail to contact them but booking provided a confirmation number. This was 3am and following many flight cancellations. All rooms in the city were full. While my wife and called around the manager at the Westin received a cancellation and luckily enough, for us, he and the chech in person had kept trying to help us. Very nice folks and saved our night.
Disliked: Booking doing a confirmation number but not transmitting it to the hotel.

Liked: Bed was fantastic and room very clean and comfortable Dined in both restaurants which were very good.

Liked: My room was too hot so they helped move me to a room with a window. Very nice of them. The food was excellent and well priced . The staff men and women alike were kind and sweet . Good people . I suspect the place is managed well.
Disliked: There wasn't much to not like. I like a firm bed . These were medium.
