Staff friendly and accommodating. Great rate, great location.

Purpose for visit was NCAA tournament. The Westin location is perfect for activities being held at the convention center or Times Forum. We enjoyed everything from valet parking to the river walk. We had a wonderful stay and I recommend the Westin Harbour Island highly.

Liked: All staff were very nice and also the rooms where good!
Disliked: A lot of hidden cost! It blew up the bill way above the quoted pricing! In Europe they would be closed down for that...
