Staff friendly and accommodating. Great rate, great location.

Purpose for visit was NCAA tournament. The Westin location is perfect for activities being held at the convention center or Times Forum. We enjoyed everything from valet parking to the river walk. We had a wonderful stay and I recommend the Westin Harbour Island highly.

Disliked: Horrible ventilation. You advertise balcony views in the pictures but you have the sliding door shut bolted Fresh air is so crucialThe hotel needs renovations and the room furniture is tired the artwork best not have as it was really bad the lamp shade is burned through the fabric

Disappointing

Liked: I really wanted to wear the Westine robes while in room. And there was non. I sent email and requested it. No answer. I think the resort fee of the $30 should be allowed your entire visit whether it's that afternoon evening or in the morning. It's going to be charged to the visitor anyway.
Disliked: I think charged for parking is obscure when you're staying there.

Disliked: my room was insanely hot couldn't sleep and I had to go sleep in my car!! Yes Have a fun desk. yes I asked to change rooms. & I was told no!
