Overall the Hotel maintained a very professional standard. Made sure I was rested before the concert!

Liked: The receptionist was kind. I had a bad experience at the Westin Gas Lamp. The bald guy was very dismissive towards me. At Bayview the receptionist was kind and ensured that I’ll have a great night staying there.
Disliked: The ceiling was leaking. and it made for an early checkout.

Liked: The location was excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The free airport shuttle was a great perk, and it was very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more pleasant.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. During our 4-night stay, the bedding sheets were never changed, and the room was not vacuumed once. There were even a fake nail and an earring from a previous guest on the floor, and they remained there for the duration of our stay.
