I disagree with the people complaining. I had a wonderful time. Every employee was very friendly and helpful - even the man who works in the parking booth. When we met him I had a feeling that the people were friendly there. One of the young men working outside helped us out with local attractions and led us to a great restaurant. I do have to say, I wasn't impressed with the room for the price but it was very nice and clean and the shower was wonderful. I had an all around good stay at the Westin and plan to come back in the future.

Disliked: The restaurant was not fantastic food, the staff their very familiar serving you chewing on food, food was not what we expected from the Westin.

Liked: We loved the Westin! We had a corner room with a view of Busch Stadium, and the location was excellent for our event at Enterprise Center. We were walking distance to the Arch, a short drive from Forest Park, and had plenty of great restaurants nearby! The room was so nice, and we were pleasantly surprised by the size and facilities. It had a separate large bathtub and shower, comfy bed, and it was probably the biggest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Everyone we talked to on staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Parking is expensive but that's a downtown hotel for you. Nothing really worth nothing, I think it's a great value for it's location in the city.

Liked: Beds were very comfortable; great location
Disliked: Lack of information shared, We choose valet parking based on the information by the check in staff that street parking was $40 and Valet parking was $50. Issue here is we arrived on a Sunday. Street parking on Sunday is Free, Second, we went to the Enterprise for the Maxwell concert , the event walking was less than a 6 minute walk. We found this out later, after being in traffic for 20 minutes. Right, not your fault, but we did talk earlier to the valet at the hotel who parked our car , we let him know we were going to this concert. He said nothing concerting the proximity . It would have been helpful.

Disliked: $40 DAILY parking in a completed unsecured lot. $12 wifi is insane, never stayed anywhere that you had to pay for internet. Signed up to be a member to get free internet and was never able to access it.

Clean, easy check in and...

Liked: The view was great, room was very clean. The mini fridge is a big bonus as well.
Disliked: The parking lot is a bit of a walk from the doors when carrying luggage. Wasn't allowed to park near entrance of hotel to unload baggage. Parking lot isn't clearly labeled ether.
