Easily walking distance to the Majestic Theater. Nice bar. Easy access to riverwalk.

Great location. Comfortable and safe.
Liked: Great location and comfortable room with a view of the river walk.
Disliked: The place was insanely busy and crowded. Lots of weddings going on at once. Our refrigerator didn’t work and I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone to let them know.

Our stay could be better...
Liked: Hotel is right on the Riverwalk close to restaurants and theater. We parked in the market street garage across the street from the hotel , I paid only $45 for two day.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable, the phone line wasn’t working . They don’t offer complementary coffee in the morning like most hotel. Only two elevators were working so we need to make a line in front and wait. The housekeeper came late like 5:30pm when we were taking a nap.

Won't be going back, there...
Liked: The balcony view, the size of the washroom, the pillows, beautifully decorated.
Disliked: The elevators only 2 out of 4 worked it took 20min to go up and 20 to go down. The room was very warm when we put the air conditioning on it would kick in and then shut off we ended up sleeping with the balcony doors open for a breeze. It was 79 degrees that night and cooler then the room. Every balcony but ours had a chair. We had to sit on the balcony floor to enjoy our coffee. A very nice gentleman in the room next to ours asked if i wanted his since I was reading on the floor, I was not going to have him bring over the only balcony chair he had at 7am in the morning. The valet gave us a non working number to get our vehicle we waited over 30min. to finally get a response text saying the number was a non-working number. My husband went to the valet desk and then we had another 30min wait. We left the room at 11am with the elevators, the valet issue we did not leave the property til 1215. No information about room service I called front desk she told me to scan the bar code I did and it was only information to physically eat in the restaurant. I called back and no one answered. We put wine, soda and water in the refrigerator it all froze in 4hrs the soda blew up. We ended up ordering doordash for coffee since we were unable to order room service they refused to let the driver bring it up and made him leave it on a bench in the driveway by the road. Not happy I had to get dressed fight the elevators up and down look everywhere then had to ask the front desk where it would be. Also there was not any hair conditioner in the shower. The shower had a horribly loud leak we ended up putting a towel in the tub to lessen the noise it was still loud even with the door shut. We didnt get back to our room until late or we would have asked to be moved. We wont be staying there again. I emailed issues to the email they provided and never received a response. I have never complained about a hotel room before & feel bad but it was our 34th annv.
