Disliked: Tired, 1970’s motel vibe. Massively overpriced. Rude staff. Booked in for 3 nights, left after 1 night.

Liked: My kids loved the water slides and arcade.
Disliked: Our room had a very stale smell, most food/drink places were not open except for a small window in the evening.

Liked: Location was great and the grounds were well manicured
Disliked: Facilities are old and tired , the room doors are dirty and the buildings are really run down . In the spa the steam had visible mold. A rat ran around the outside tables a few times outside of the bar lounge in the fire pit area. Not anything more than a 3 star hotel I will not stay there again or recommend it

Liked: It was our first time to go and it was a great one . The only thing was the cart service was too long of a wait. It took 20 mins. The driver explained that he helped the other guest settle inside the room with a wheelchair. So, because of great customer service of the driver it made our stay great. We understand.
Disliked: Our room is way too far from the lobby.
