Felt like a home away...

Liked: Lovely room. Comfy and clean.
Disliked: The toilet paper holder wasn’t great. The roll fell off anytime it was used. Not a huge deal but annoying. The continental breakfast was tasty but over priced.

Beautiful place but experience was...

Liked: It was beautiful.
Disliked: I paid before arrival and I was told to swipe for $100 I guess for incidentals that would be refunded at check out but I later found out we were charged for the stay that we already paid for before arrival. The charge was reversed but then was charged another amount right after. Still waiting to get it handled. We were there for a special occasion and It put a damper on the experience. I was so excited to stay here and the experience wasn’t what I hoped.

5th year wedding anniversary was...

Liked: My wife and I loved the room, and the view! We also loved the distance from all of the restaurants and outings. The customer service from the staff was also awesome, a young lady from the front desk assisted me with surprising my wife. She helped out with the delivery of the edible arrangement. The Starbucks and the two nice restaurants in the lobby were a huge bonus!
