Although the hotel itself was comfortable, trying to park our vehicle was a nightmare. Long lines waiting for the valet resulted in a scolding by a police officer, followed by parking our car a block from the hotel, resulting in us needing to walk with our bags. Also disappointing that it cost $29 for parking, not included in the cost of the hotel. Valet (if we could have gotten it) would have added $10 to the cost. WiFi not available unless you join a club that would undoubtedly result in added SPAM in the inbox.
Liked: Clean, comfortable hotel.
Disliked: WiFi only included if you "join a club". Parking not included in cost; valet service disorganized.

Very clean; very quiet and spacious rooms for 3 people. Had a wonderful time and everyone was very helpful with anything we needed. Thank you for a great trip!

C2 has an appetizer 1/2 price between 4 and 7 and $4 beer. Gourmet quality.

Disliked: Nothing.

It was a very pleasant stay! I enjoyed the large shower immensely and the beds were comfortable. It was a wonderful stay all the way around. And it was just a few short blocks from our concert.
Liked: Everyone was nice, helpful and were there when we needed.
Disliked: Prices of food was a little high.

Charming, spacious, historic hotel in...
Liked: Big, classy, historic, centrally-located hotel which has been attractively-renovated. Large suite w/ a huge bathroom; warm, quiet, both dark (when we wanted it to be) and bright (ditto). Delicious, large, made-to-order breakfast. Big and well-equipped gym. Huge parking garage right next door. Friendly staff (for the most part).
Disliked: We paid for a room w/ breakfast included for 4 people but then were only given breakfast passes for 2 people and had to argue so our kids could eat too; frankly for a nice hotel that was cheap and unfair of them.

A Bit Lacking
Liked: Good coffee machine.
Disliked: I didn't understand what was going on with the room cleaning service. For the first few days our room was only cleaned/serviced every second day, and then for the rest of the stay the level of attention was very patchy. Some days the beds would be remade, the towels replaced, and the coffee replenished but that was all. Some days we'd get towels and extra soap and random things like lavender sleep oil but but no water or tea. As far as I can tell the area near the door where we hung our coats and took off our wet and snowy boots was mopped once in twenty days, the bath was cleaned once, no one ever vacuumed, the sheets were never changed, and the bathroom sink area wasn't wiped down a single time (in the end I would do it myself with a towel). About halfway through the stay we ran out of shower gel in the dispenser in the shower and this was never replaced. In addition, it was winter and the only heating available was via the air conditioner which needed to be on constantly and which made the air extremely dry. I resorted to turning the air conditioner off every night and taking the duvet from the extra bed in the room to keep warm, which made it slighly better. By the end of the twenty days I was looking forward to going home.
