Liked: Friendly, helpful staff and great location
Disliked: Nothing to complain about. We did notify the desk the toilet ran continuously, but it didn't bother us.

Liked: The beds were so comfortable.
Disliked: My hairdryer did not work. While this happens, it took over 25 min to bring me a new one. While maybe ok for some, this seemed excessive in my mind and made me late to leave. I did call about 20 min in and asked them to rush it. Additionally, the towels had a unique and not great smell to them. Smelled off and it wasn’t what I’ve come to expect from Westin. Quite disappointing.
